HOW MUCH IS THE MINIMUM ORDER? The minimum order is $50. HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST? For a limited time, free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders to qualify for free shipping, must ship within the 48 Continental US. (International orders will ship free to freight forwarders in the continental US) Orders MUST be placed from the website. (NO PHONE ORDERS & NO COD's) All orders ship by UPS Ground. If large orders will not be accepted by UPS, the order will ship on skids by freight hauler. If you need merchandise to ship '2nd Day' or 'Overnight' please call 1-800-968-7442 to make those arrangements . NO WEB ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED C.O.DHOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP? We make all efforts to ship your order, from our facility, within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday or the next business day if Monday is a holiday. DO I HAVE TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT? No, you can shop on the site without setting up an account. The advantage to setting up an account is that your shopping cart will be saved if you want to continue shopping at a later time and your Ship To and Bill To address is saved. WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS? We will ship our merchandise almost anywhere in the world. The actual cost of shipping depends on the weight and size of the boxes being shipped. Customs, Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. To place an International Order, put your items into the shopping cart from the web site. Copy and Paste the shopping cart into either an email or MS Word document. Email the document to Liquidators@noveltyinc.com. We will contact you by return email with the Order Total including Shipping and will only accept payment by wire transfer. If you agree to the Total, you will then transfer the funds into our bank account and pre-pay the order before shipping. Once we receive payment, we will ship the merchandise to you. This is the only method we will process International Orders.
It is the customer's responsibility to know what will or will not clear your particular country's customs. Refunds will not be issued for held merchandise. If you have a question, please contact your local customs office to see if questionable items will clear the customs of your particular country.
